Refund Policy: 

All refunds are subject to a $15 processing fee. The refund policy is as follows:

  • 100% for written requests seven (7) business days prior to conference opening session

  • 50% for written requests between seven (7) and two (2) business days prior to conference opening session

  • No refunds will be issued within two (2) business days of conference opening session
